Traffic & conversion. Traffic is easy—anyone can write a $50 article, stuff it with keywords, & hope it ranks on Google. Hell—it might! (Though unlikely—Google’s standards have gone up dramatically as the internet has become increasingly noisy & full of crap.) But even if it does rank on page 1 & your traffic explodes—if your content reads like a drunk 8 year old wrote it—a couple things will happen. One—you’ll be confused & disappointed when it doesn’t result in conversions. Month 1 – In the first month of our campaign, we set out to track buyer intent signals & ran targeting on cold audiences. While the results weren’t immediately mindblowing – netting us 6 leads – this was just the beginning of what would be a highly successful endeavor.

Month 2 – In Month 2, our ads had gotten to the point where we could begin retargeting & start the next step of our campaign. We used a lead magnet to gauge interest & kick off engagement – 55 hot new prospects in!
